CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE – WEEKENDS OFF
 
• Analyze problem, then drive to resolution
• Diagnose and provide a path to resolving inquiries related to aspects of the client customer practice
• Achieve contact center metrics including customer satisfaction, customer availcapability as well as schedule adherence and accuracy
• Recognize and adjust his/her approach to all levels of customer’s practice
• Educate customers on support options, and steps being taken to resolve their issue
• Communicate positively with team members, customers and other Outsourced Suppliers
 
Requirements:
 
• Finished a solid 2 years in College/Diploma/Vocational (no back subjects)
• Fresh graduates and no call center practices are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work on graveyard shifts – Weekends Off
• Must be willing to work in Mall of Asia Pasay City
• Candidates with complete pre-employment requirements such as SSS, Philhealth, TIN, Pag-ibig, Diploma/TOR, NBI (valid 6 months) will be prioritized
• Start Date: ASAP
