Job Overview

We are seeking for an practiced virtual adjunct with at least 1 year working full time in a similar function. The ideal candidate has advanced expertise in one of the following areas and basic expertise of others:
1. Complex Data Research - Data Entry
2. Data Analysis - MS Excel Charts and Graphs
3. Administrative adjunct - Organized
4. Internet Marketing (Social Media/Keyword Optimization/SEO/On & Off Page)
5. Article Research / Writing / Distribution

The new adjunct will be hardworking, committed, reliable and responsible to be part of our team and grow in their function with our Commercial Real Estate Appraisal and Tax Consulting business.

You must be able to work independently and complete tasks with limited oversight. The adjunct will complete items in a timely manner and will be required to prioritize tasks/projects to meet deadlines. You must be comfortable adapting to new technology, learning new software/websites as well as minor troubleshooting/problem solving.

Initially, your tasks will include:
-Web research
-Organizing information from larger documents and various sources
-Data entry into a website database or Excel lists
-Fill in MS Word and Excel templates
-Make Google Maps
-Complete and follow a recurring calendar of tasks
-Administrative tasks such as file management, calendar updates, maintaining lists
-Researching and posting links to social media (Facebook, Youtube and Linkedin)

As you grow in our company you'll also lgain to help support client relations, online marketing, social media and other fun and fulfilling tasks. And yes, training WILL be provided for the right candidate.

We are seeking for someone trustworthy, responsible, passionate, motivated, and excited to lgain and be part of our fun & growing company. Knowing simple image editing, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, minor WordPress tasks, Social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube), or anything related to real estate is also a plus, but NOT required as long as you're eager and willing to learn.

This is for a full-time, 40-hour commitment each week and you'll be expected to provide everyday reports for the work you've completed. Health insurance, 13th month pay, bonus pay and vacation days will be provided after your initial probationary period.

We're only interested in hiring someone looking for full time/long-term employment and a chance to grow in their position with our company.
