Job Overview:
The HR Specialist (Benefits Administration) is tasked to help create processes and come up with guidelines regarding new benefits programs offered by the company. This person is also expected to work on process improvements to make benefits processing more effective and efficient and come up with appropriate documentation for these.   Lastly, this person is also responsible for ensuring compliance and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements/Turn-Around-Times.
Listing description
    Help create processes and come up with guidelines regarding new benefits programs offered by the company.
    Review current systems and suggest improvements for more effective and efficient processing of employee benefits and document these through flow charts/process maps, etc.
    Ensure compliance and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements/Turn-Around-Times.
    Act as first Point-of-Contact for employees regarding queries and concerns regarding company and government benefits
    Keep track and process the enrollment of eligible employees to company-benefits, as well as, employee updates and deactivations
    Ensure the accuracy of billings sent by external vendors before processing
    Ensure the completeness of requirements and the timeliness of submission of employees and process company and government-benefits and employee documents requests such as Certificate of Employment, as per the set Turn-Around Time
    Provide Employment Verifications to external companies on behalf of the company
    Draft the Annual Holiday Calendar for 4 different locations
    Draft Corporate Communications and conduct employee orientations when there are changes or updates in benefits
    Ensure that HR documents and the bulletin boards/company intranet are consistent and up-to-date with changes
    Maintain trackers, checklists and submit reports, as needed, and safe keep documents
    Other tasks, as assigned 
Job Appropriate qualifications:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
    Must have excellent verbal and written English communication expertise.
    expertise in corporate & government-mandated benefits
    Preferably with practice in Benefits Administration, particularly in BPO
    Customer orientation and interpersonal expertise
    Organized, process-oriented, keen to details and able to multi-task
    Responsible, mature and able to handle confidential information/sensitive situations
    expertise in MS PowerPoint
    Adaptable and flexible
    candidates must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig and Cubao, Quezon City
    Must be able to adapt to different work schedules as required by the function (mid shift with overtime work)
