Job Overview:
 
The HR Specialist (Employee Relations) serves as a resource to managers regarding employee disciplinary measures and policies.
 
Listing description
 
• First Point-Of-Contact for managers regarding employee disciplinary matters and policy queries
• Review and recommend revisions to Disciplinary Action documents drafted by managers, ensuring consistency with company policies and the Philippine labor law,  in consultation with the HR Manager
• Take the lead with the collection of evidence by coordinating with different departments (e.g. requesting CCTV footages from the Facilities Team) in order to resolve a case.
• Draft notices (Notice to Explain, Notice of Decision, etc.) for cases which require further investigation, in consultation with the HR Manager
• Sit-in administrative hearings and employee meetings
• contact with the Labor Counsel, as needed
• Draft policy changes and legal document amendments.
• Ensure that HR documents are consistent and up to date with changes.
• Maintain trackers, checklists and submit reports, as needed, and safe keep disciplinary documents
• Other tasks, as assigned
 
Job Appropriate qualifications:
 
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
    Must have excellent verbal and written English communication expertise.
    Preferably with practice in Employee Relations , particularly in BPO
    Keen to details, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving expertise
    Mature and able to handle confidential information/sensitive situations
    Organizational and multi-tasking expertise
    Adaptable and flexible
    candidates must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig and Cubao, Quezon City
    Must be able to adapt to different work schedules as required by the function (mid shift and night shift with overtime work)
