JOB DESCRIPTION

URGENT! Organization Development Manager
 
The Organization Development Manager provides change management, organization effectiveness and works in partnership with the leaders to orchestrate organization change initiatives that address corporate goals and strategies. This position will manage the development and delivery of courseware that will be delivered to team leaders and managers and will drive change in all training programs so they better align to Sterling's vision. This will also provide guidance to in-department dedicated training SMEs on content development standards for efficiency, effectiveness, global consistency and application of best practices. 
 
JOB tasks/ DESCRIPTION:
 
?  Reports to the local head of Human Resources with dotted reporting line to the Global Head of OD to plan and implement change projects and strategies, which help realize the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the Organization
?  Carries out assessments on current training plans and processes, makes recommendations for change
?   Defines and analyzes audience needs and make recommendations to facilitate the design of effective content using instructional design standards and adult learning theory
?  Helps to create standards and templates for presentations, facilitator/participant guides, self-studies, on-the-job training activities (scenarios for execution and function play), e-learning, and job aids for department dedicated training SMEs to drive global standards and content development improvement 
?  Remains current in trends, development and innovations in training, technology, and instructional design methodologies recommending the application of proper use of adult learning methods.
?  Continuously reviews the e-learning and training delivery techniques and provides coaching as necessary
?  Proactively addresses and responds to O.D. issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, instruction, program design, materials development and performance analysis
?  Gives advice and develops interventions about impacts resulting from whole organization changes (i.e. specific projects etc.)
?  Tracks the number of, and status of prioritized change projects
?  Helps structure designs for, and implements organization change; makes recommendations to senior management. Maintains and updates expertise of change management theory, principles, and practices; management and leadership abilities approaches, and instructional design and delivery techniques in order to develop personal areas for improvement and also to make recommendations to assist client learning
?  The success of the Organization Development Manager will be located on meeting or exceeding the standards identified by the KPIs
 
 
Appropriate qualifications: 
 
? Minimum of 7 years' practice with demonstarted success in orchestrating organizational development and change is required, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity
? Exceptional written and verbal communication expertise, to include advanced presentation/platform expertise and solid facilitation expertise
? practice with software for e-learning creation is preferred; working expertise of and practice with Learning management systems
? expertise of adult-learning principles and the proven capability to apply them in real-world training design
? Great interpersonal expertise, as well as an capability to prosperously collaborate with myriad departments and levels of staff
? Excellent organizational expertise with high attention to detail
? capability to work under pressure, learns quickly and multi-task in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment
? Strong personal impact; high stress tolerance
? Demonstrated capability to overcome resistance
? Advanced level of conflict management expertise
? practice in evaluating training programs
? capability to teach and give feedback to new educators
? capability to coach administrators and managers
? Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education and with formal training in Instructional Design or related field 
? Master's degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Design Certification preferred
? Demonstrated expertise of instructional design principles and concepts
? Willing to work on flexible schedule, mostly in the night shift
? Willing to work  in either Mckinley or Cubao site,  depending on need
