URGENT! HR adjunct Manager (Employee Relations):

Job Overview:
The HR adjunct Manager (Employee Relations) is responsible for providing day-to-day guidance and direction to the team. At the same time, this position holds Individual Contributor functions. S/He is considered a Subject Matter Expert when Information technology comes to employee disciplinary measures and/or company policies. This person also has Employee Engagement functions which includes recommending appropriate interventions, including policies or programs, that will maintain highly engaged and productive employees.

Listing description
    Provide guidance and recommend action plans to managers in relation to employees  with disciplinary and performance issues
    Facilitate administrative hearings and employee meetings
    Handle cases which involve  employees at managery level
    Conduct Employee Skip Level Meetings and Exit Interviews and recommend Action Plans to the management team, together with the HR VP and Manager
    Policy Writing and Assessment
    Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs/policies implemented by conducting surveys, providing analytics and presentation reports
    Act as Point-Of-Contact for Global Projects and Roll-Outs such as but not limited to executeance Management System and driving compliance to mandatory trainings e.g. Code of Conduct, Privacy Training,  etc.
    Other tasks, as assigned 
Job Appropriate qualifications:
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
    At least 4 years of significant experienc in a BPO or similar set-up and at least 1 year managery/people management practice
    Excellent oral and written English communication expertise
    expertise on Philippine labor laws
    Interpersonal expertise and leadership abilities capability
    Keen to details, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving expertise
    Mature and able to handle confidential information/sensitive situations
    Organizational and multi-tasking expertise
    Adaptable and flexible
    expertise in Advanced  Excel is highly preferred
    candidates must be willing to work in two sites (Taguig and Quezon City)
    Must be able to adapt to different work schedules as required by the function (night shift / extended hours)
