Offer: Customer Service Representative (Guestwiser):

Job description:

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the guest at all times.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries.
Communicate with guest through various channels (email, chat, calls, text).
Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to deal with the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Do data entry for confirmed bookings using Excel.
Ensure guest satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Proactive in sharing ideas or suggestions that will work for the whole team.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Go the extra mile to engage customers/guests.
Attempt to persuade customer/guest to reconsider cancellation.

At least one (1) year practice as a Customer Service Representative.
Must have excellent English communication and written expertise.
Willing to work at a Shifting Schedule.
Voice account.
