Job description:

Provide first level customer support for network and VoIP related issues and outages.
Accurately process and record call transactions using designated ticketing system software.
Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
Monitor IP PBX server infrastructure.
Interact with company's field network engineers as remote technical support.

Must have at least 1 year practice in VoIP.
Must have at least 2 years practice in Customer Service and Support.
Must have at least 1 year practice in Cisco Networking.
Excellent communication and customer service expertise
