JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
suitable education Bachelors Degree significant to the job
practice: Two (2) years of significant practice
Training: Eight (8) hours of significant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
? expertiseable in Procurement Law, CSC Rules and Regulations & Other Administrative Guidelines
? Good in oral, written communication and technical writing
? Proficient in Computer Applications
? Can work under extreme pressure with or without supervision
? Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
? Good moral character and work ethics
tasks and RESPONSIBILITIES of the position:
15% Coordinates the receipt, inspection, and issuance of supplies, materials and equipment.
15% Reviews documents for the issuance of properties 
15% Maintains records of stocks, tools, equipment and other fixed assets
15% Facilitates emergency purchases
10% Coordinates procurement and storekeeping of supplies, materials and equipment
10% Acts as custodian for supplies, materials, equipment and makes periodic inventories thereof
10% Recommend disposal of unserviceable materials and equipment
10% Perform other related functions

All interested candidates must submit their application together with the following documents to Personnel Section of FASD not later than June 17, 2019:
? Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with practice sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
? Service Records;
? List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates (2014-2018);
? Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside candidates or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA candidates or candidates from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
? For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
? Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate manager; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
? Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate manager;
? Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
? Certification signed by immediate or previous managers indicating managerial/managery cumulative practice (specify day-month-year covered) with actual tasks and responsibilities listed down;
? List of at least five (5) references for each category with Contact info:
    - Superior/manager
    - Peer
    - Subordinate
    - Client/Stakeholder;
? Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
? Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
