Full time
   » Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
   » Required language(s): English
   » At least 1 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
   » Required Skill(s): customer service, computer literate
   » Preferably 1-4 Yrs practiced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
   » Receive payment by cash or check
   » Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
   » Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
   » Greet customers entering establishments.
   » Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
   » Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators or excell
   » Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
   » Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
   » Compute and record totals of transactions.
   » Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.
   » Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
   » Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks.
   » Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.tasks And Responsibilities
   » Admin Services
   » Position will handle tracking and purchasing of inventory, assist with light book keeping tasks, handle office filings, and provide telephone and visitor customer service.
   » Must be expertiseable with providing high-level customers, capable of researching potential vendors and gathering quotations and preparing purchasing requests.
   » Qualified applicant must be organized, expertiseable of Excel & Word, personable & friendly, professional, and have Personal and excellent phone expertise.
   » capability to type in an acceptable speed.
   » Can do multitasking and can work with minimal supervision
   » Strong English Proficiency & Tagalog is a must. Flexible work schedule a must. Also, Microsoft application expertise and friendly warm personality is also a must.
   » Graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
   » Minimum of 1-3 years' practice in similar position
   » Accounting expertise is a plus.
