Project Overview:

USAID Recovery Within our Reach project: Community-located Drug Treatment and Recovery (CBDTR) Services in the Philippines is a five (5) year project from May 2019 to May 2024. The primary objective of the project is to help persons who use drugs (PWUDs), people in recovery, and their families obtain access to informal care, self-help or community-located treatment and recovery support to reduce or prevent drug dependence. By the end of the project, more communities will be able to provide evidence-located approaches to CBDTR services that Filipino PWUDs and their families can access without fear or prejudice.
Position Overview:

The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Listing description
   » Respond to telephone calls and serve as a front desk agent at the main project office.
   » Assist in travel and logistics tasks as needed.
   » Assist in clerical assignments such as copying, document preparation, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records.
   » Assist with contacting vendors and obtaining quotation for the project activities such as hotel and venue arrangement for the training/workshop/events
   » Any other tasks as assigned
Required practice & Appropriate qualifications:
   » Bachelor's degree in management, administration or related field;
   » Minimum of 2 years administrative and logistic practices;
   » Excellent organizational expertise;
   » Fluency in writing and spoken English;
   » expertise of MS Office and telephone protocols;
   » Good interpersonal, organizational and team building expertise; and
   » Detail oriented.
