Full time
Job responsibilities:
   » Take responsibility for own health and safety and understand Arcadis Health and Safety Principles
   » Identify and comply with the principles significant to Arcadis policies and procedures
   » Act as a company ambassador in communicating Arcadis' image as the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets to all stakeholders
   » Access various systems including trackers, telephone and room booking system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information and notifying significant people if there are problems or issues
   » Ensure reception area is well-maintained with an emphasis on safety and cleanliness
   » Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
   » Provide basic and accurate information and referring the more complex professional queries to the right department or employee
   » Provide assistance to travel arrangement, purchasing, inventory and other facilities & admin functions
   » Organize inwards and outwards documented information and couriers, as well as keeping accurate records
   » Serve as back-up to the Corporate Clinic Nurse
   » Form part of the occupational health and safety team and take responsibility as a Safety agent 2 (DOLE-198-18)
   » Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of processes and systems
   » Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time by line manager or Arcadis.
Dimensions of the Job:
   » Provide the first point of contact for visitors to Arcadis property and run reception desk and meeting room management
   » Support office and line manager in the management of the office and facilities support services
   » Provide day to day office management assistance to the office, including compliance with Arcadis policies and procedures
   » Support the overall management of Arcadis health and safety program
expertise and practice:
   » 3 years significant practice in a professional environment
   » Professional appearance and manner on the phone and in interaction with clients and employees
   » High commitment to integrity, collaboration and customer service
   » Excellent communication and relationship building expertise, both internally and externally
   » Well organised with high level of attention to detail, and capability to maintain confidentiality
   » Flexible and able to demonstrate a pro-active approach to work
   » Good expertise of health and safety policies and procedures, preferred
   » Good expertise of Microsoft Office packages
Key Appropriate qualifications:
   » Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Courses or equivalent
   » With 40-hours Basic Occupational Safety & Health training, preferred
   » Candidate must be willing to work in Circuit Makati
