Job Overview

We are in need of an honest, trustworthy, hardworking person to be a part of our growing company. We have been in business for 6 years and now we're looking to expand our team and vision. Prior Real Estate practice is not required but preferred and training will be provided. Once training is completed you will be working part time between 25-30 hrs a week to 30 days. After the 30-day probationary period, your performance will be evaluated. Then will go into a full time position depending on performance and dedication to the team. Please read the details below that describe this position. Keep in mind tasks and task are subject to change.

Understand client database management programs, systems, Podio CRM, Docusign, Google Drive, iContact, Skipio, etc.
Search for buyers from different platforms such as Facebook groups, linked in, etc. Then add them to our contacts list in iContact and Skipio
Manage contacts in Contact and Skipio -- delete contacts who requested to opt out
Create marketing emails and flyers and send out to buyers
Communicate with buyers and respond to inquiries
Send buyer contract and follow-up when necessary
Coordinate with Transaction Coordinator and Acquisitions Manager


Should be HIGHLY ORGANIZED and keen to details
Good command of the English language (verbal or written)
Efficient, Dedicated, and Honest
Excellent customer service expertise
Tech savvy; should know how to use a smartphone, google, and other web-located applications
Highspeed DSL with at least 3mbps internet speed
Desktop or Laptop computer
Noise-cancelling headset
Back-up internet (if not available, should have access to a near cafe or co-working space that will allow you to do inbound or outbound calls)

This position will grow with the company. You must be able to do any and all things related to the success of the business. We need a go-getter that's willing to take control when necessary!
