We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries through social media, and MORE importantly, to proactively reach out to existing customers on social media so they feel more connected to our company.

Your Responsibilities

You will be asked to search for people who recently signed up for our product and direct message them on Instagram using our company account. You will also be responsible for handling support requests that come through social media and carry conversations with customers via direct message.

In addition to this outreach, you will help us project-manage all our social media accounts (youtube, twitter, facebook, instagram). We will create the content, and you will help us coordinate schedules with our videographers, photo editors, look over content for errors, and actually post the final content to our social media accounts.

Your hours would be 9-5pm Eastern Time

Who You Are

To do this job well, you have a fun, bubbly personality, care a lot about other people, and show others lost of love. You must also have an eye for detail and feel comfortable using technology.
