The function ensures perfect execution of transition processes with end to end accountcapability. Business Development: Lead new business pursuits to develop customized solutions for specific client engagements, working closely with clients for onsite projects. Provide ground level assessment and recommendations on processes with respect to process re-engineering and offshoring practiccapability. Organization Development: Build capcapability of migration functional team, bringing thought leadership abilities to the table that improves migration set up and implementation. Job Requirements . » Filipino » Holder of a Bachelors degree / Post graduate degree » PMP, PgMP certification (preferred but not required) » At least ten (10) years work practice in the BPO industry of which three (3) years are in migration/transition leadership abilities capacity » Hands on practice in program management for small to medium size engagements with in-depth knowledge of migrations and significant best practices » Strong knowledge of the enabling functions (Technology, pricing) and the operating environment of a BPO company » Willing to work onsite in Pasay (Mall of Asia) Monthly income Php120,000 to Php160,000 plus other benefits For faster processing, please send your cv to tina@Worksvianet Job Function .
