You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: » Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to the client’s B2B customers. » Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support. » Perform data analysis to improve customer’s advertising practice and ensure higher ROI. » Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer practice. Requirements: Who are we looking for? » Completed 2 years in college. » Must have 6 months B2B practice and 2.5 years of solid customer service or technical support practice in a voice account. » With at least 3 years of cumulative BPO practice handling voice, email, and chat. » Preferably with Online Advertising practice. » Strong verbal and written English communication expertise. » Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts). » Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
